Summer Makeup Tips from La Prairie’s Makeup Artist
La Prairie, purveyor of very covetable skin care, also has a color makeup line, which not a lot of people realize. As you would expect from the luxury brand, the color line is upscale and posh. You won’t see yellow eye shadow here.
To help raise awareness of the brand’s makeup collection, La Prairie partnered with makeup artist and founder of Cheek to Chic, Raychel Wade. Raychel created her first (of hopefully many–a holiday collection is already in the works) collection for the brand, called Bouquet de Jardin, which was inspired by peonies.
The collection is saturated and gorgeous, yet is formulated to work on a lot of skin tones. It includes two cream blushes which contain vitamins and chamomile, a hybrid kohl eye pencil in a perfect shade of bronze, a rosy quartz eye shadow quad, and a pink lip definer.
