At Lucky magazine’s Fashion and Beauty Blog Conference, bloggers came from all over the country to network and listen in on insight from speakers like the Macy’s CEO Terry Lundgren, Rachel Zoe, The Man Repeller’s Leandra Medine, Barneys’ Simon Doonan and reality TV star-turned-fashion designer/blogger Lauren Conrad. The Clothes: Rebecca Minkoff’s vision for spring is sporty and flirty all at once, with a subtle nod to the 1970s. PALM SPRINGS–When it comes to fashionable music festivals, it doesn’t get any better than Coachella. Sidney Toledano Talks Raf Simons: Dior took its spring/summer 2012 couture show to Shanghai, where designer Bill Gaytten took his last bow for the house. Sidney Toledano, president and chief executive of Dior, seemed very pleased with new hire Raf Simons: “I always said that the right person would come along when all the stars aligned and that’s exactly what happened last week,” he said, before adding that Simons has already “begun to lay out his vision” for Dior. {Telegraph UK}
