Did Olivier Sarkozy Move Downtown to Be Closer to Mary-Kate Olsen?
Long-distance relationships can be tricky and no one knows that better than fashion’s newest power couple Mary-Kate Olsen, who lives downtown (near Tribeca we believe) and Olivier Sarkozy, who lives all the way…uptown. To close this insurmountable gap in their relationship (although that age one wasn’t much of an issue), Sarkozy sold his Upper East Side townhouse earlier this year for $8.4 million and had been renting a place in Chelsea until he found something further downtown–a townhouse “below 14th” to be exact–to be closer to MK, Pages Six is reporting:
But it seems Sarko has now found hipper digs further downtown, in which he can entertain his billionaire, 17-years-younger, child-star-turned-fashion-designer gal pal. In the footsteps of Alec Baldwin, he’s following the trend of older men moving downtown to satisfy the tastes of their younger, more energetic girlfriends.
Yes, that must be what he’s doing.
