Karl Lagerfeld’s official guest-edited Paris Metro dropped today, and it features profiles on Lagerfeld faves Carine Roitfeld, Haider Ackermann, Florence Welch, and Azealia Banks. But no interview is ever as good as one with Karl himself–as evidenced by his controversial comments about Adele and Mrs. O that went up on Metro’s US site yesterday. Well, there’s more. Metro interviewed Karl and got him to talk about his sex life, among other things. (Got a good picture in your head now? Sorry!)

Karl Lagerfeld took time out of his jam-packed schedule to guest-edit Paris’ Metro paper today, and the shit he says in his interview with the free daily is worthy of its own viral video–and that’s not necessarily a good thing.

The Kaiser sounds off on everything from why Obama should get re-elected (hint: it has to do with Mrs. Obama), to wanting to be a Russian lesbian to Adele’s weight. He’s sure to ruffle more than a few feathers with these gems.

As if there aren’t enough Karl Lagerfeld disciples out there already, international newspaper Metro (otherwise known as the free paper we flip through on the subway then leave on the seat) is hoping to convert 800 million more. The tireless designer will take over guest editing duties for a day at Metro‘s Paris offices on February 7, WWD is reporting. This is apropos, since it will be the day the paper kicks off fashion coverage for the Fall 2012 shows. (Isn’t Karl going to be pretty busy that week already? We’re convinced there are Karl Klones.)
