For one night each year at the White House Correspondents’ Dinner the worlds of politics, Hollywood, and fashion collide. It’s always weird and awesome. Like when Hayden Panettiere met Rahm Emanuel, what did they say to each other?
Last night’s dinner was perhaps the most fashion-filled to date.
It’s too bad Christopher Bailey’s fall 2013 Burberry show missed Valentine’s Day by only about four days. Dubbed ‘Trench Kiss’ by the designer, it was the most romantic, loved-up collection we’ve seen from the designer. Perhaps it was a love note to all of Bailey’s adoring fans–the front row included A-listers like Douglas Booth, Olivia Palermo, Melanie Laurent, Michelle Dockery, Rita Ora, Freida Pinto, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, and Kate Beckinsale.
There were hearts and leopard prints, which gave a quirky, girly twist to the brand’s signature trenches and daywear.
Awards season keeps chugging along, bringing us all the strapless/fishtail silhoeuttes and Veronica Lake waves we can handle. The red carpet at the Screen Actor’s Guild awards just wrapped up, and the usual suspects showed up looking flawless.
After much debate, we’ve settled on a top 10 list, and collectively said “huh?” to a handful of looks as well.

Milan’s Menswear fashion week–and menswear in general–is getting our attention like never before. We’re taking cues from the dude street style stars, and extrapolating what any given collection could mean for the future of a brand–not to mention drooling over the man candy that walks down the runway.
