Festival style can be pretty predictable: cut offs, a crocheted crop top, some wellies/leather boots/strappy sandals and there you have it, the festival uniform. Which is why we dispatched Mordechai Rubinstein, the man behind Mister Mort, to photograph street style at Coachella this past weekend. His eye tends to focus on things that are a bit unexpected, a bit more gritty, sometimes even a bit funny, and we like that. He also primarily shoots men’s street style, and it’s nice to see how the boys are showing up, too.

Chanel’s French, Snowy Wonderland: Ines de la Fressange’s upcoming Chanel campaign was shot in, where else, Saint-Tropez. She described the shoot as a “miracle.” {WWD}
