Etsy and Nordstrom Unveil a Cute Wedding Collaboration

Want to make sure your wedding day is filled with eclectic, quirky, semi-personalized touches that scream unique! Handmade! Etsy!… but don’t actually want to take the time sorting through search terms or calculating shipping costs from Michigan or setting up a PayPal account (ugh seriously what’s that all about, anyway?)? Victoria’s Secret Won’t Make Mastectomy Bras After All

Victoria’s Secret Won’t Make Mastectomy Bras After All

Back in January, 27 year old Allana Maiden started a Change.org petition for Victoria’s Secret to carry a line of mastectomy bras, inspired by the struggle her mom Debbie Barrett faced finding bras after her own surgery.

The petition gained steam fast–over 120,000 signatures in under a month–and Victoria’s Secret agreed to meet with Maiden and her mother. By all accounts, the meeting went well; the most consumer-recognized American brand agreed to fly the pair to their Columbus, Ohio headquarters and start research in producing mastectomy bra.

PPR is Changing its Name, Jennifer Aniston’s Rumored Wedding Dress Designer, and Is Selena Gomez Too Young for Harper’s Bazaar?

Selena Gomez is on the new issue of Harper’s Bazaar holding a giant flower as a rather impractical umbrella. But is Justin Bieber’s maybe-ex squeeze a lil’ too lil’ to cover the grown-up glossy? {Refinery29}

Margherita Missoni is preggers with her first bambino. {Telegraph}

Survey says! Nordstrom is the most beloved retail chain in all the land. {WWD}

Identity crisis? French luxury goods group PPR is reportedly changing its name to Kering, meaning ‘dry’ in Indonesian. Dry goods! No, like I totally get it! {Business of Fashion}

Horses Cut Shop’s Gabe Johnson Curates the American Spirit and Brings it to Treasure & Bond

We hear about new fashion collaborations literally every single day. And as exciting as things like Rei Kawakubo for Hermes and Givenchy for H&M might sound, we’re starting to get collab’ed out.

Unless, of course, it’s a truly original and interesting idea. And we’re pretty sure we can say this new collab between Nordstrom-owned concept shop Treasure & Bond and hard-to-define social club/t-shirt company Horses Cut Shop is unlike any collaboration that’s come before it.

Editor’s Pick: Dhani’s Good-Smelling and Economical Perfume Gift Set

While in Seattle (where I’m from) recently, I made my obligatory trip to the Nordstrom flagship, looking for nothing in particular but knowing that the super nice and convincing sales people would end up tricking me into spending too much money. And I was right!

Though Nordstrom does have a remarkably easygoing return policy, I did not suffer one ounce of buyer’s remorse.

Jason Wu Launches Cute, Younger Lower-Priced Line Miss Wu

Looks like that French new wave-inspired Target collab wasn’t the end of Jason Wu‘s foray into designing at a lower price point. To the delight of Wu fans with normal-person incomes, the designer’s just announced the launch of Miss Wu, which lies somewhere in between that collection and his main collection in price. It will be sold exclusively in Nordstrom stores beginning in January and then expand into other stores after the first year.
