I made a quick stop-off in London this weekend—quick, meaning less than 24 hours—and was fortunate enough to walk by & Other Stories, H&M’s newly launched brand, on my way to dinner. How serendipitous! It had just opened on Friday and I arrived Saturday.
H&M’s new higher-priced, better-quality ‘luxury’ line & Other Stories is shaping up to look pretty cool–despite the rather confusing name.
Set to launch in Europe and the UK in spring, & Other Stories will be a womenswear-only line, featuring shoes, bags, beauty products and other accessories. And now thanks to this new teaser video posted on Vogue UK, you can get a glimpse at what to expect from the first collection.
Remember that higher-priced, better-quality luxury line H&M was said to be launching back in March? And remember how we kind of hoped it wouldn’t actually be called & Other Stories? Well, now the new venture has a launch date–and it looks like it will be called & Other Stories after all.
