Limited edition makeup and beauty collections for the winter holidays have a long and hallowed tradition in the beauty industry. Who hasn’t picked up a red lipstick or sparkly nail polish for a New Year’s party? But Halloween collections? This is a relatively new–and if you ask us, sorta weird–thing.
