Santa Beckham Not Claus: Victoria Beckham is reportedly “keen on” Santa for the name of her first daughter, due this summer. As in, Santa Monica, not Claus. Not sure the kids on the playground will understand the difference. A rep for Beckham denied the report to Vogue UK. {Metro UK}

Proenza Schouler Wishes Target Would Stop Ripping Off Their PS1

Proenza Schouler’s PS1 became an instant “it bag.” As such, it’s been knocked off countless times. We’ve devoted several “Adventures in Copyright” to PS1 knockoffs, including ones by Gap, Zara and some label called Navoh.

Cathy Horyn noticed that the fashion blogosphere was buzzing about Target label Mossimo’s take on the PS1 (which is pretty good). The knockoff was brought to the attention of designers Jack McCollough and Lazaro Hernandez, when McCoullugh’s sister emailed her brother a photo of the bag from her local Target.
