Despite rumors suggesting otherwise, it seems that Brad Goreski’s official resignation from the bosom of Rachel Zoe might have happened long before that September NY Times article on the bow-tied stylist. In October’s Harper’s Bazaar, Goreski dresses up makeup artist and Rag & Bone wife Gucci Westman in Chanel, Stella McCartney, and Bottega Veneta.

A Weighty Issue: According to a blind item, some mysterious celebrity is holding off a pregnancy announcement because of her husband’s concern about an eating disorder. The item reads, “While he really, really wants this baby (even more than she does), he is very concerned that she is obsessing about her weight.” Who do you think it is? We have one guess. {Blind Gossip}

But the Brother Says… Meanwhile, yet another “exclusive” with celebrity gossip mag In Touch confirms that Zoe is in fact pregnant (after OK! and Us Weekly confirmed the same thing). This time, the source is Rachel Zoe’s brother-in-law. The supposed parents-to-be are still laying low. {In Touch}

Are they or aren’t they? Earlier today, the Daily Mirror reported that Kate Moss secretly married Jamie Hince in Italy this summer. Now Moss’s agent is denying the rumors. Hmm. {Fashionologie}

Chanel’s Haute Couture 2008 show was a memorable affair, if not for the face frames, then for the hot pink dress that Cameron Diaz would later wear on the Red Carpet (after Rachel Zoe famously altered it). For SS11, however, Carven presented a very similarly draped dress in black. So whose draped wonder would you rather wear, Chanel’s or Carven’s?

Rachel Zoe just tweeted this photo of her and her former employee Brad Goreski with the following caption: “Me and lil B on our last photo shoot together.”

Seems like Zoe is really taking strides to make her breakup with Brad seem, as per the original People mag story that broke news of their split, “amicable.” They both released statements to People gushing about how much they loved each other and Zoe said, “He did this with such class and elegance. And I get it. I just told him, ‘I’m here for you always.’”

However rumors surfaced soon after that the New York Times’ profile on Brad was the real reason for his departure. Apparently diva Zoe was peeved that her supporting cast-member had taken her spotlight and secured the most plum placement an aspiring fashion mogul can hope for: A profile in the Style section of the NYT. As far as we can tell, after a quick Nexis search, Zoe has never received the same treatment from the paper of record.

A source familiar with the goings on over at the Bravo reality show lends more credence to the rumors. Rachel has her own publicist at entertainment PR powerhouse 42West in addition to Bravo’s in house publicity, a source tells us, and she was upset that Brad, who doesn’t even pay for outside publicity, managed to snag such awesome press.

Looks like Rachel finally took that blood test. A source has confirmed to OK! that Rachel Zoe is, in fact, three months preggers with her first child. We die. Perhaps this explains her absence from Milan and Paris fashion weeks?

“She’s going to be going on maternity leave from full time styling immediately after this year’s Academy Awards, and doesn’t expect to work again until early fall at the earliest. She and Rodger are especially happy and Rachel, who can normally be quite emotionless, even teared up a few times as she started letting people in on the news,” the source told OK!.

From Taylor’s firing to Brad leaving, it’s shaping up to be quite a tumultuous year for Zoe. And although we can’t even begin to imagine her with a baby bump, we wish Rachel and Rodge all the best if this exciting news is true.

Heidi Klum Bids Farewell to VS: After 13 years of wearing the VS Angel wings, Heidi Klum says good bye to Victoria’s Secret. With only four official angels left, and two of them pregnant, who will walk the November 10th show? Will a new angel be named? We smell a reality show. {Fashionologie}

Lorenzo Martone, Now Party of One: Lorenzo Martone, best known as Marc Jacobs ex, has given the NYT a look at his life post-Marc. He dishes on his relationship with Marc and the connections he made while they were together. {The New York Times}

Nasty Breakup?: Yesterday, we told you about the amicable split between Rachel Zoe and her assistant, Brad Goreski. But today, PopEater is reporting that the split was a tad more tumultuous then previously reported. “Brad was sitting on the front row of every show and getting invited to as may events as his boss. However the final straw was when Brad appeared on the cover of The New York Times style section. Rachel hit the roof and reminded him he was her assistant and it was called ‘The Rachel Zoe’ show not the Brad Goreski show. That was the moment that the two of them were over.” This is bananas. {PopEater}

From Zoe to The Row: Every time one of those weird Bing “commercials” came on during the Rachel Zoe Project, we couldn’t help but think, “Why is Microsoft trying so hard to make Bing happen and why are they targeting Rachel Zoe’s audience?” Now, they’re tapping into another fashion brand–The Row. In an exclusive partnership, Bing.com will air coverage of their SS2011 collection in two “short films.” A teaser is up now. According to a press release, this collab makes sense because, “Bing and The Row share a commitment to visual beauty which combine for a unique partnership.” Okay, Bing. {Bing.com}

Tom Florio to IMG: Tom Florio left his publishing position at Condé Nast over three months ago and we’ve all been wondering what his next job would be. Turns out, IMG created one for him. The company announced today Florio’s appointment as senior advisor for fashion to the office of the chairman, effective October 1. {Daily Front Row}

Awkward Next Top Model: On Monday night’s live finale of Australia’s Next Top Model, host Sarah Murdoch announced the wrong winner, only to find out through her earpiece and correct herself after Kelsey made her heartfelt acceptance speech. Awkward. However, all is not lost for Kelsey. Because of the mistake and closeness of the votes, both her and Amanda (the real winner) won the grand prize which is $25,000, a trip to NYC and a Harper’s Bazaar cover. {DDG Daily}

It’s the end of an era. Brad Goreski, Rachel’s one and only, has made the decision to leave Team Rachel Zoe, effective October 1. The split was amicable, according to People. Brad explained, “I love Rachel and she’s taught me everything I know. But there’s a point where either I do it now or I’ll never know what it’s like to spread my wings and soar.”

We feel you Brad, and we have to say we’re not entirely surprised. There was a lot of foreshadowing in last week’s episode of The Rachel Zoe Project. Speaking of which, how will that show go on without Brad or Taylor? And, um, how will Rachel live? She laments, “No one’s ever going to be Brad to me.”

Last night’s Chanel party to celebrate the re-opening of the brand’s Soho store was the place to see and be seen. The store was so A-list star saturated you couldn’t move without bumping into one. I almost inadvertently tripped Russell Simmons with my way-too-big bag. And I kind of froze when I came face to [...]

1. Was Rachel’s conversation with Oscar backstage a conversation or a press interview? The vibe was very there-are-a-lot-of-cameras-pointed-towards-us-so-we-need-to-say-things-to-each-other.

2. This is just a suggestion, but why couldn’t Rachel and Roger just pretend their anniversary isn’t during fashion week and celebrate it before or after instead of complaining so much about how they can’t spend time together? Don’t people do that?

3. Why is everything a “moment?” Seriously, Rachel and Brad said the word “moment” at least 7 times during the episode, including:

“White Moment” – something Rachel dies for, natch, and that Cameron is also known to love.

“Princess Moment” – Rachel referring to ODR’s collection and something Cameron hasn’t had in a while

“Anti-black Moment” – Rachel referring to what Demi apparently needs to have (which may have worked, as Demi rocked a purple printed mini dress on Regis & Kelly this morning).

“Whoever decided the stages should be white just fucked up my whole moment!” – Brad, um, having a moment.
