The first official day of “spring” is tomorrow. Apparently. (With another snow day yesterday we’re starting to doubt spring will ever come.) Every summer New York’s Governors Island hosts a couple Jazz Age lawn parties, where orchestras play and people dance, dressed to the nines in 1920s-inspired garb.
