Victoria Beckham Chopped It Off! Here are 10 of the Best Celebrity Cuts, Before and After

When Victoria Beckham tweeted a photo of a pile of hair with the caption, “Chopped it off! X vb,” fans went crazy wondering what her new ‘do looked like. They didn’t have to wait long. Photogs caught Beckham out and about, revealing her new long bob, which just might officially be the hottest hairstyle in Hollywood right now.

Victoria’s chop had us thinking about other celebrities who caused a frenzy with just a snip of their hair. From Jennifer Anniston’s brief break from her surfer-girl tresses, to Rooney Mara’s total 180, we rounded up 10 of our favorites – and one that we wish would grow out already.

Pringle of Scotland Fall 2012: Grown-Up Rebellion

Pringle of Scotland Fall 2012: Grown-Up Rebellion

LONDON–Pringle of Scotland is the thinking woman’s label, as evidenced by fan Tilda Swinton, who was sadly missing from yesterday’s show. However, Rose Byrne–still rocking her Anna Wintour ‘do and decked out in fall 2012 Pringle–came instead. While Pringle probably won’t be her go-to label for the Oscars red carpet this weekend, she will have no shortage of lovely things to choose from in this collection once fall hits.

Alistair Carr based his collection around a girl who is “growing out of her teenage angst into a sophisticated woman.” To that end, the models all had dip-dyed hair but there was no sign of punkiness in the clothes.

Bridesmaids‘ Rose Byrne Creates an Oscars Red Carpet Drinking Game For Us, Is Adorable

Last night new French import Sandro hosted a party to fete Dree Hemingway’s capsule collection for the store. More on that later. First, a few giddy minutes with our girl crush, Damages and (scream) Bridesmaids actress Rose Bryne. She looked amazing in a bouffant up-do and a glittering gold sequined cropped jacket and we probably pushed a few aspiring it-girls aside just to get a chance to chat with the incredibly nice and good-natured Aussie actress.

Fashionista: We absolutely LOVED the white sequined jumpsuit that you wore to the Screen Actors Guild Awards. What inspired you to wear pants?

Best Dressed: SAG Awards

There were some really memorable dresses on the red carpet at the SAG Awards last night, and we finally saw some risk-taking. Rose Byrne was amazing in her Elie Saab jumpsuit and Anna Wintour hair. And Emily Blunt made bright, almost neon green, look fresh and classy. Zoe Saldana arguably looked better than the model in her less-than-a-week-old Givenchy couture gown (and good choice to skip the nose ring). And it seems like Angelina Jolie is incapable of making bad red carpet choices. Our only question: Where was Rooney Mara last night? Does she not have a SAG card yet?

Fashionista’s FNO Guide #1: Where to Find the Celebrities
Fashion Is Fun

Fashionista’s FNO Guide #1: Where to Find the Celebrities

We can’t believe Fashion’s Night Out (and, thus, fashion week) is only a week away. As anyone who has ever been to a Fashion’s Night Out is probably aware, they pack enough events to fill an entire week into just a few hours, so pre-FNO planning is key. While Vogue‘s interactive map is quite handy, that is still a lot of stores to go through. So, we’re preparing a few of our own Fashion’s Night Out guides.

This one is for those of you who just want to see some famous people. We don’t blame you! Fashion’s Night Out offers rare opportunities to get up close and personal with real Hollywood stars. Maybe Tilda Swinton and Ne-Yo will become friends or Daniel Radcliffe will get wasted or Alexa Chung will debut a new haircut or Seth Meyers will screw up your drink or the Real Housewives of New York will be insane (that last one is the most likely)! Here’s our guide to where all your favorite celebs will be.

Best Dressed: Shala Monroque in Jason Wu, Lauren Santo Domingo in Versace and More

This week was all about innate style–these ladies just know how to dress. Shala Monroque continued her red carpet streak in Jason Wu, while Katie Holmes wore her own design from Holmes & Yang‘s stunning spring collection. Rihanna looked sophisticated in a bone-colored Max Azria suit, and Lauren Santo Domingo stepped out to dinner at The Lion with Versace in one of the label’s colorful offerings. Marc Jacobs-lover Rose Byrne wore a fancy black lace suit by the designer.
