Heidi Mount called the cops on her husband Shawn late last week, claiming that she felt threatened by him and that he “had a knife,” the New York Post is reporting. The couple is allegedly going through a divorce and negotiating for custody of their four-year-old soon.

Hairstylist Shawn Mount was accused of sexually assaulting a model during the spring 2011 shows at London Fashion Week last September. The charges were subsequently dropped, and Heidi stood by her man throughout–it was just four months ago that Mount told the Post, ”We are still together. Nothing about these false accusations has changed our relationship.”

Over London Fashion Week, Heidi Mount’s husband Shawn was arrested on alleged rape charges. Shawn Mount, 30, a hairstylist who has worked for Vogue and on campaigns for Ralph Lauren, was accused of sexually assaulting a 24-year-old model at a West London Hotel on September 20.

His top model wife of three years has stood by him since the the allegations were made, defending his innocence. Today brings word that the charges against Shawn Mount are being dropped and no further action is being taken against him.

If there was any worry that the grave charges might have threatened their relationship, Heidi Mount told the NY Post, “”We are still together. Nothing about these false accusations has changed our relationship.”
