Mary J. Blige Will Guest Judge Tonight’s Fashion Show, Perhaps Wearing One of Her 500 Pairs of Sunglasses?

Mary J. Blige will be the guest judge on tonight’s episode of the Fashion Show. Unlike many designer-wannabe celebrities out there, Blige has actually built up some fashion cred, especially over the past year.

She collaborated with her BFF Catherine Malandrino on a line of t-shirts called FFAWN+CATHERINE MALANDRINO, and launched Melodies by MJB, a collection of eyewear available at Nordstrom and online here, this past summer. Her latest designs for SS11 include classic aviators, retro cat eyes, and some serious stunna shades. Considering that Blige has amassed over 500 personal pairs of sunglasses, it’s safe to say that she knows her stuff.

Dash New York Has an Address: A former SoHo gallery space at 119 Spring between Mercer and Greene will soon be Dash’s newest location. A Keeping Up With The Kardashians spin-off with Kim and Kourtney will focus on the store’s opening. Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick stopped by on Monday to check it out. Kanye West, inexplicably, was also there. Also, Scott apparently has a clothing line in the works that will be “inspired by the looks of Ralph Lauren and Tom Ford.” {Racked NY}

Stormy Weather: Burberry has a new capsule collection of outerwear and accessories called “Winter Storms.” They also made this video to feature the clothes and it just makes us want to bundle up with a cute male model. {Burberry}
