Kelly Cutrone Is Launching A Clothing Line Channeling Phoebe Cates in Fast Times At Ridgemont High: Kelly Cutrone and Robyn Berkley of People’s Revolution are launching a sportswear label called The Electric Love Army, which they describe as “affordable and fun” for the 15-32 year-old set.
