The reigning queen of bridal chic has inked a deal the national purveyor of bridal bargains to debut White by Vera Wang. The designer, along with top David’s Bridal brass, unveiled the collection to a room full of reporters yesterday morning. If the formal presentation and genteel decor seemed a touch ornate at first, one glance at the collection justified it: the gowns were exquisite. From a pale pink confection crafted from what looked like acres of organza to an ethereal hand-cut bias organza gown, it was clear that Wang did not hold back creatively for this collection.
