According to global fashion search platform Lyst, searches for sneakers outnumbered handbags in 2017, and every year, top industry platforms go to great lengths to choose what they think is the top-rated sneaker.
At the start of Paris Fashion Week, chunky sneakers finally hit street style territory, thanks in large part to Louis Vuitton's Spring 2018 collection, which paired aristocrat-inspired garments with chunky basketball-style sneakers.
