Don't pretend you don't watch The N. The network that brings you Degrassi High, Instant Star, and South of Nowhere has developed a cult following among otherwise cool city kids, who can talk with scary fluency about how much they hate Emma, why Tommy won't love Jude, and if Ashley is really a lesbian. Now the network debuts its first reality show, and it's all about fashion. Called Star Stylist, the show challenges a handful of 20somethings to style their way through challenges and win the grand prize - a chance to dress a character on one of the N's shows, plus a $5000 shopping spree at a store "to be determined by The N." Which we imagine will be American Eagle... The show's judges include Mark Jacobs (the writer, not the designer) and Jamie Rosenthal, who used to work with Form. And lest you doubt The N's fashion cred, consider this: Degrassi star Stacey Farber (left) took time out from cutting herself on camera to intern at Nylon this year... Too bad that's not the star stylist prize!
