We love the news that Tom Ford will be on the Martha Stewart Show next Tuesday, for several reasons. 1. Millions of viewers will watch the king of sex style bake a pie. 2. Martha will be forced to interact, nicely, with the man who straddled naked Scarlett on a magazine cover. 3. American women may finally embrace the low-cut pantsuit. 4. Besides baking, Tom's episode will include a fashion show - we hope it's a retrospective including his Gucci years. Maybe even better, he'll showcase his pulls for what mature women can wear right now, and take questions from an audience of women armed with Vera Bradley bags and Essie painted nails. Set your TiVo.

Tom Ford Flattered by Jay-Z's 'Tom Ford'
As you've probably heard, Jay-Z released his new album Magna Carta Holy Grail this week and it includes the much buzzed about new song "Tom Ford," in which the iconic designer's name is mentioned multiple times, including in the line “I don’t pop Molly, I rock Tom Ford” (as in Molly the drug). People have mixed opinions about the album and the song (we were not that impressed with the way Ford was folded into the song), but who really cares about anyone's opinion other than Tom Ford's?
