Mobile companies are racing to quench the iPod lust in their customers, and until they can release similar phones, they seem to think that fashion is the answer. While rumors of the Gucci for Nokia phone still swirl, the LG Prada phone is in demand, and don't think Diane Von Furstenberg is the only fashion designer to revamp the TMobile Sidekick - our favorite gossip involves Heatherette and some cellular sparkles. And then there's this Dooney & Bourke pouch for LG girls. It's not very cute, but for the logo-hungry teens who make up Dooney's core fan base - a feeder group for Coach and maybe later, Louis Vuitton - it might mean more than a high-tech interface and speed-of-light text messaging. Can logos distract cellular girls from getting a cooler phone?
