We hear a lawsuit may be in the making, thanks to a slanderous model blog that insisted yesterday the model Karlie Kloss, 15, is in rehab for anorexia. Karlie's representatives at Elite counter that the story's a lie, and we should see Karlie back in New York next month for Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week. More proof seems to be on Teen Vogue's website, where a new video of Karlie (plus Chanel Iman and Ali Michael) shows the St. Louis sophomore looking like a goofy and wiry adolescent for sure, but definitely not sick (or even tired, for that matter). Actually, the whole thing reminds us of the Nikki Taylor covers for Seventeen, a staple of unattainable prettiness from our junior high years. This doesn't mean that a real discussion about teenagers in the fashion industry shouldn't happen, or that it's a great idea for grown women to crave the features of developing girls. Regardless, it's nice to get confirmation that Calvin Klein's newest face is doing just fine. So, to reiterate: Karlie Kloss = healthy, pretty. Us = hungry, also pretty. The end.
