This just in from the editor of the Santa Fe New Mexican: A blogger, George Johnson, who's also the editor of the Sante Fe Review, was robbed of thousands of dollars in computer and camera equipment. His home office was completely looted while he and his wife slept downstairs. Now you may be asking, what does this have to do with fashion? Well, here's the kicker: At the time of the robbery, he had been keeping "a video camera aimed at the spot where fashion mogul Tom Ford is building a large house." Say what? We're not exactly sure what's to be gained by filming the construction of Tom Ford's new ranch/mansion but we can imagine that Tom probably wasn't too thrilled if he knew about it. Maybe the police should be looking for a few Gucci-clad interns... -- HAYLEY PHELAN

Francisco Costa on Rejecting Tom Ford and the Met Gala's Punk Theme
This past weekend, the fashion crowd made its annual pilgrimage to Savannah, Georgia for Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD)'s senior fashion show--and this year I had the pleasure of being a part of it--and even got to interview Francisco Costa, this year's recipient of the Andre Leon Talley Lifetime Achievement Award. We chatted about Savannah, his own fashion education, career challenges, and celebrity dressing--including his experience outfitting a few A-listers for this month's Met Gala. Also--expect another mass collaboration in the near future.
