Details of that post-Fashion Week collaboration between Barbie and Jeremy Scott are finally out via NYLON, in case you forgot that Barbie's getting her own show this coming Fashion Week (which is being heavily sponsored by Mattel), in celebration of the doll's 50th birthday. Jeremy's portion of the Barbie runway show (which will also include doll-inspired designs by Alexander Wang, Vera Wang, and more) will be available for purchase at Colette starting March 12th. So if you've always dreamed of Barbie's clothes being big enough for you to fit into, you're weirdly in luck. Relatedly, will it be awkward for the CFDA to set up their health booth amidst the Barbie sponsorship orgy?

Barbie Turns Model in the Latest Issue of Plastic Dreams
Melissa shoes is a company that makes plastic only shoes. Not in the "granola munching" way, but rather the "collaborated with Vivienne Westwood and Zaha Hadid" way. But Melissa's latest collab is a bit more mass market--it's with Barbie! In the Brazilian label's magazine, which stars Katy Perry (who else?), Barbie herself is styled in wild fashions while wearing Melissa's signature plastic shoe. I suppose it must be a nice change from her everyday pink plastic heels. Check out Barbie's turn as a model after the jump.
