Jessica Stam and Agyness Deyn skipped Milan Fashion Week to add another slash to their name.
Stam's dabbled in design before; she made the "Stamper" for Rag & Bone and played muse to Marc, but now she's designed a whole capsule collection for Rachel Roy.
She told WWD, "now that I'm putting pen to paper the ideas are flying out." Those ideas include a sweater, a handbag, and a pair of jeans, all of which will launch next season, during New York Fashion Week.
Meanwhile, Agyness Deyn's launching her own capsule collection for Barneys Japan in just two weeks. She's whipped up eleven looks including leggings, scarves and dresses for the department store's Go Green initiative, and all profits will go toward planting trees in Mongolia.
So who's next?
If models are trading in their actress slash for designer, we're running wild with thoughts like Lara for Alaia, Ali M for Marc by Marc, or Iris for Reed Krakoff.
