Kate Moss has been the face of the UK drugstore makeup brand Rimmel London for ten years, but now it seems she’s been doing some behind-the-scenes work for the brand. The girls at Sassybella attended a Coty press event in Sydney and were surprised with the news that Kate designed a color collection for the brand, called appropriately enough, the Kate Moss Make Up Collection for Rimmel London.
The collection includes six lipsticks, in an intriguing array of colors, from orange to a very 90s grey-purple. Eye shadows and mascaras are included. (One can assume that the ads for these won’t involve any controversial touch-ups, like her 2007 Rimmel mascara ads.) The packaging is very Brit; Kate’s signature appears on the lipstick tubes, which are emblazoned with a Union Jack. There’s also a sparkly leopard print lipstick pouch which will be a gift-with-purchase.
Right now, we have no information about when or where Kate's collection will be available, but, like her fashion collaborations, it’s sure to be a sell-out wherever it ends up. Here's a peek:
