Jewelry designer based in Houston, Texas experiencing rapid growth seeks energetic salesperson to manage independent and major accounts. Since it is a traveling position, applicants do not need to be in Houston and New York is ideal. Specific duties include:
-Managing existing accounts, including sales to stock programs, trainings, store visits, merchandising, trunk shows, and relationship building with store buyers and associates -Prospecting for new accounts and follow through with existing prospects -Servicing Major Accounts, including merchandising, trainings, and trunk shows. -Participation in Centurion and Couture trade shows, including setting appointments prior to the shows, booth set up and break down, analyzing existing business plans and writing orders accordingly, building relationships with existing and new customers -Completing Weekly Sales Reports to include customer feedback, market trends, and selling reports -Ability to manage time effectively -Work within a set travel budget and provide weekly expense reporting -Extensive travel schedule required

Applicant should have previous experience in luxury goods and fine jewelry, knowledge of designer jewelry brands, and experience working with both national department stores and independents.
