Victoria Beckham has put the first photo of her new baby girl Harper Seven on the web via Twitter (which is kinda the way to go now unless you're planning on selling your baby pix to a weekly for lots of money). "Daddy's little girl" reads the Tweet accompanying an "aww"-inducing black and white photo of newborn Harper Seven with her gorgeous dad David Beckham. Since giving birth to her first baby girl (after having three boys) on on July 10, Victoria has been Tweeting sweet stuff about her newborn: "Baby Harper is the most beautiful baby girl I have ever seen, I have fallen in love all over again!!!" on July 14 and "We all feel so blessed and the boys love their baby sister so much!!! X VB" on the same day.
It's a Girl for Victoria Beckham! (Did Seinfeld or a Fashion Mag Influence the Name?)
The Beckham clan finally has a little more girl power. Many congrats to Victoria and David Beckham on their first baby girl, Harper Seven. She was born in L.A. on Sunday morning at 7:55 PST and weighed a healthy 7 lbs 10 oz. Victoria's publicist tweeted the good news yesterday. We're sure you're wondering about that name. The Beckhams don't usually go for the most traditional names--their son Brooklyn was famously named after the place he was conceived, but we're pretty sure that isn't the case with little Harper (but who knows...). The Daily Mail writes, "A close friend of the couple said: 'Harper is an old English name something Victoria has always liked. Seven is a very lucky happy number and the baby was born just after 7am, in the seventh month.'" The British paper even speculates the baby was named after Harper's Bazaar magazine. As for the "Seven" part, are the Beckhams just big Seinfeld fans?
