Position Summary: To strategically manage and utilize CRM (Customer Relations Management) database to responsibly execute marketing iniatives to selected target areas (E – Commerce, DOS Mailers, Newsletters).
Responsibilities: • Cleaning and Updating the Current CRM system on a Monthly basis • Properly training DOS in collecting Customer Data at POS • Work with the Retail Marketing Group to target customers on direct mailing • Work with Retail Marketing Group on HUGO BOSS Newsletter (internally and externally) • Research and understand E-Commerce in order to remain current and best practices • Partner with E-Commerce group providing emails to targeted areas • Analysis of targeted groups / and ROI • Partnering with PR and Marketing to promote events and drive business into Wholesale and DOS •Work in partnership with our Systems Management in Savannah
Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree • 1 -2 years of related experience • Prior experience in CRM a plus • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills • Independent, self motivated, detail-oriented • Ability to multi-task in a busy office environment • Strong work ethics • Proficient in MS Office & PC operations
