Move over Kim, Kourtney and Khloe. Kendall and Kylie, who are 16 and 15, respectively, are already giving their older half-sisters a run for their money--starting with the fashion business. While they've yet to do much more than a few modeling gigs (see Kendall's latest coup for indie fashion mag Lovecat here),WWD announced today that they've signed a deal with accessories company Glamhouse to launch an as-yet-unnamed jewelry and accessories line geared towards teens and tweens.
The sisters are the latest in a string of celebrities Glamhouse has partnered with including Erin Wasson (LowLuv), Nicole Richie (House of Harlow 1960) and, of course, Kim Kardashian, who was recently accused of kopying Alexis Bittar with her Belle Noel jewelry line.
This made us wonder--what other Kardashian deals could Kris Jenner make work for her younger daughters? Maybe a Jenner Juniors line for Sears?
For starters, if you thought what was missing from Keeping Up With the Kardashians and its various spin-offs was more Kendall and Kylie, you will be very pleased to hear that E! is developing another spin-off that will focus on the Jenner sisters. So we can see the growth of their fashion empire unfold on television every week.
Do you think Kendall and Kylie will take over the world the way their older sisters have? It will be interesting to see if they end up pushing Kim, Kourtney, and Khloe out of the spotlight. Or is there room for all five?
