Requirements: • Previous experience in the fashion industry • Strong working knowledge of MAC OSX and Microsoft Office - knowledge of Illustrator and Photoshop a plus • Previous experience with employee management • Must be extremely detail-oriented, organized, efficient, and capable of multitasking • Strong phone and business writing skills • A team player and willing to do whatever it takes to promote company success • Must have excellent references
Responsibilities include: - Assisting Designer with business and personal needs - Serving as the liaison to the PR, Sales, Accounting and Production teams - Responsible for hiring, training and managing new employees and interns - Handling accounts payable and receivable - Helping to create and manage bi-yearly budget - Office maintenance and upkeep - Maintaining post market buyer relationships - Pre Market Prep: tagging, developing line sheets, etc. - Fashion show prep and budgets - Note taking - Scheduling appointments and maintaining the designer’s schedule - Serving as the liaison to sponsors, show producer and venue during fashion week - Coordinating and planning trunk shows and events All qualified applicants, please submit resume with references and cover letter to: email@example.com.
