Most style stars have blogs or Tumblrs dedicated to documenting their outfits and identifying the designers they wear. People like Kate Middleton and Olivia Palermo come to mind. It's expected. But a six-month-old as the subject of such a blog? That's a new one.
Thanks to a paparazzi target for a mother and the recent proliferation of designer children's lines, Harper Beckham, who literally didn't exist seven months ago, has already inspired someone to create a blog chronicling her style. The author of Harper Beckham Fashion Blog alerted us to his URL to inform us that the above dress (Yes; we've done our own chronicling of Harper's designer outfits) was Marc Jacobs. The blog id's many of Harper's clothing items: A pair of tights she wears while asleep in a car seat are by Caramel Baby&Child; a pair of Chloé boots she wears while watching her older brother's soccer practice; a "Tropic Print Blouse AW'11 by Bonton and Jeans outfit" she wears to a check-up at the doctor's office, etc.
Technically she's not the first celebrity offspring to inspire a blog. There is the hilarious and often fashion-focused Suri's Burn Book Tumblr, which spends more time making fun of other celebrity offspring than chronicling Suri Cruise's own style--and didn't spring up until Suri was five years old, which is way more reasonable.
In other news that pits the two stylish celebrity offspring against each other, Suri was recently named Best Dressed Celebrity Child by the website My1stYears.com. Harper Beckham came in second. However, Harper landed herself a spot on Vogue UK's Best Dressed list for 2011.
So, who wins?
