Last Night's Party: Fashion Week Comes to a Bizarre Close With Guns N' Roses, Justin Timberlake, Sienna Miller and More

Never saw this one coming but it really happened: Axl Rose and his recreated Guns N’ Roses sounded the closing bell of New York Fashion Week. Needless to say, the hodgepodge of ridiculousness that ensued surpassed all of our prior expectations, and it’s worth noting that the original bar was set rather high. Though when you pile an army filled with some of New York’s most deliriously exhausted fashion people into the Hiro Ballroom, serve them free tequila for an hour, and mix in some megawatt celebs and tattooed revelers—chances are something crazy is about to go down.

Somehow we ended up beneath suspended tissues that would turn into an aerial acrobatic act as soon as "Welcome to the Jungle" began to play. Girls in bodysuits wriggled in the sky while Axl’s odd hair color took center stage and Mario Sorrenti head banged from within an enclosure of five blond models. It was difficult to know what to look at.

The only disappointment was waking up to hear that Justin Timberlake had been in attendance, knowing that given the opportunity, we might have found a way to touch him (in a non-creepy way, of course). Also in attendance? Basically every celebrity in town, from a pregnant Sienna Miller to Matt Damon, the Winklevoss twins, Taylor Momsen, Jared Leto, Chelsea Clinton and more.
