J.Crew President Jenna Lyons' Park Slope palace townhouse has sold.
The seven bedroom, three and a half bathroom dream home on Garfield St. (that's what you call "prime Slope") went for $4 million, Curbed is reporting. That's seven percent over the initial asking price, which was 3.75 million. Some lucky rich folks named Vincent and Tracy Martin snagged the place. Curbed is reporting that, according to the deed, Jenna's now residing at the American Express Carriage House in Tribeca (which was listed for $5.985 million--you make that money Jenna!).
