Yes, there is an Annie Leibovitz-lensed fashion editorial to go along with Vogue's all-athlete June issue cover. And since male Olympic athletes don't typically wear current-season designer clothes (or even shirts, apparently) while displaying their athleticism, Vogue decided to throw in an evening gown-clad Karlie Kloss to appease their advertisers balance things out.
There's also some interesting (awkward?) photoshopping used in the spread, allowing Karlie (a known sports fan) to become a hurdle in the middle of an ocean, swim alongside Ryan Lochte in a Stella McCartney gown, and sit in a basket ball hoop while Dwayne Wade strangely shoots a basketball in the opposite direction.
Click through for a few of our favorite images from the spread and head over to Vogue to see the rest--they're weirdly fantastic.
