Alexander Wang can heave a sigh of relief this morning. The $450 million dollar lawsuit against him, which alleged the designer's NYC factory was a "sweatshop," has been dismissed, WWD is reporting.

The case was thrown out on Monday by New York federal court Judge Harold Baer, however Wang didn't get away 100% scot-free: The court's decision to dismiss the suit, came after an "undisclosed settlement" between the two parties.

While details of the settlement are not known, WWD sites a letter dated Aug. 1, which states that following the agreement, both sides would submit a request to the court that the case be dismissed with prejudice--meaning neither side will be able to refile in the future.

“We are gratified that this matter has been dismissed, as the allegations were unfounded and completely false,” a spokesman for Wang told WWD. Lawyers for plaintiffs Flor Duarte and Wenyu Lu declined to comment.
