Go Try It On Is Looking For A Fashion Marketing Intern In NYC!


Go Try It On is a venture-backed startup based in Tribeca, NYC. We seek to answer the age-old question, “what should I wear?”

We offer a unique mobile social shopping experience. Members can post outfits they’re trying on, products they love or images that inspire them to then share with friends, as if they were all together in one room. Your friends can make suggestions that are just for you, while you curate a style profile, complete with a shopping list, to remind you what you want to buy.

JOB DESCRIPTION We are seeking a creative and passionate individual looking to help shape the social shopping and style industry. You should be savvy regarding tech and style with an entrepreneurial spirit. The individual must have an interest in social media, style and community engagement.

Commitment: 2-3 month timeframe. We are based in New York City. This internship will be available for course credit.

ABOUT GO TRY IT ON Go Try It On answers the age-old question, “What should I wear?” Financed in part by Index Ventures, who also have invested in Net-A-Porter and Etsy, Go Try It On debuted in March 2010, and currently has over 300K iPhone app users. Users post photos of personal style, products or style inspiration and can get feedback from friends and influencers. Using strategic metrics, ultimately Go Try It On will be able to offer its members personalized, thoughtful analysis of what to wear and how to wear it.
