We are a New York based fashion company seeking highly motivated and experienced luxury sales associates for a Part Time position in our first boutique, located in NYC’s historic Meatpacking District. This is a unique opportunity for someone who has a passion for selling while delivering a high level of customer service. SALES ASSOCIATES Key Accountabilities: • Provide courteous and knowledgeable customer service in every area of the store • Meet or exceed selling goals • Operate as a brand ambassador • Maintain an accurate, organized and effective client book resulting in returning clientele • Responsible for knowledge of trends and a keen eye for fashion • Participate in keeping the selling floor to operational and visual standards • Follow all procedures outlined in in operations manual, including POS system • In store event coordinating • Merchandising and visuals • Ability to open and close store • Communicate customer feedback to management
Requirements: • Minimum 1-2 years experience in retail sales • Strong communication and personal selling skills • Retail operations knowledge including: sales, customer service, merchandising, • Flexible availability to work on both weekdays/weekends • Basic computer skills
Compensation: • Competitive compensation offered based on experience • Commission • Clothing allowance
