A Guide to Knowing Your Russian Street Style Stars
Over the last few seasons, you might have noticed that the well-trained eyes of
Miroslava Duma
Mira Duma might be the posterchild for Russian street style. She has a seemingly endless wardrobe of looks that covers every trend, and rotates between a small black Chanel Boy bag or a comparably sized Hermes shoulder bag. The daughter of a steel magnate, Duma works as a fashion journalist, the Editor-at-Large for POP magazine and the founder of
Elena Perminova
With cheekbones to rival those of Kate Moss and a long, lean figure, it should come as no surprise that Elena Perminova doubles as a model when she's not spending time with her two sons and her billionaire boyfriend Alexander Lebedev or attending international fashion weeks. With the most versatile style of the bunch, she's been know to swap crop tops and jeans for Giambattista Valli Haute Couture in the blink of an eye, and she has a very enviable collection of wide brim hats and bejeweled headbands.
Ulyana Sergeenko
Corsets, full skirts, and cat-eye sunglasses make up a good portion of Ulyana Sergeenko's wardrobe, I'm guessing. The gorgeous designer has a penchant for pieces with a retro feel. Her debut couture collection was shown at Moscow fashion week this year, with Natalia Vodianova modeling the closing look. She's also a mom to young daughter Vasilissa, who has been seen romping around in her mother's designs. Ulyana hails from a small town in Kazakhstan called Ust'-Kamenogorsk, but is currently living in Moscow with her family.
In her own words:
Favorite Designers: Actually there are too many to count, among them are Christian Dior, Azzedine Alaia, Dolce & Gabbana, Giambattista Valli, Prada, Chanel, Louis Vuitton and many others.
Style Icon: My grandmother.

Her Personal Style: It's always changing and evolving as it depends on my mood, on the films I just watched, books I just read etc. Though I'd say that maybe the key-features of my style are feminine silhouettes and eccentric accessories.
Anya Ziourova
Tall, slender, and super-chic, St. Petersburg-born Anya Ziourova has mastered the art of looking sleek. She's often seen in Balenciaga, Balmain, Céline and other streamlined, highbrow labels. Aside from being the perfect street style bait, she has a wildly successful career as the fashion director of Tatler Russia, a creative fashion consultant for Allure Russia, and a stylist for numerous other publications. Fun Fact: She is an accomplished pianist who can play Tchaikovsky like it's nobody's business.

Vika Gazinskaya
