Yet another Cosmopolitan staffer has parted ways with the magazine under Joanna Coles's still relatively new role as Editor in Chief.
And a veteran at that: Fashion director Michelle McCool, who has been with Cosmo for a decade, has left the magazine for "other pursuits," WWD is reporting.
Coles has been shaking up the masthead quite a bit since taking the magazine's helm in September. At least eight people were let go in just one week in November, for example.
Shortly after taking the role, Coles told WWD that she planned to amp up Cosmo's fashion coverage and to have more “front-row representation at New York Fashion Week.”
A replacement for McCool is expected to be announced shortly. Until then, we'll be keeping our eyes peeled for any new faces sitting with the Cosmo team in the front row over the next couple days.
