Marc Jacobs is swapping show dates yet again this season. WWD is reporting that the designer was forced to postpone his Monday 8 PM show untill Thursday, Feb. 14 at 8 p.m., because of customs and delivery delays.
"We're missing bags, shoes and two fabrics," Marc Jacobs International president Robert Duffy said.
The Marc by Marc will also be rescheduled. It will fill the Marc Jacobs slot on the schedule, showing at February 11 8 PM, though a location has not yet been determined.
Duffy released the following statement apologizing for the last-minute change.
"Marc and I are extremely sorry for this inconvenience. We just want to have the best show possible and show all the product that our design team has been working on so hard for the last six months. We completely understand if people have to get on a plane to go to London. We're not expecting people to change those plans or other plans just for us. We are live streaming the show. Still, we recognize the significant inconvenience and are very sorry about the situation."
