High end contemporary brand seeks data entry/logistics coordinator to support our operations team. The role requires order entry in our ERP system, constant interaction with international and domestic customers and support to our sales teams. The candidate must be able to support multiple regional teams while dealing with data entry projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate should have strong customer service skills, be analytical, detail oriented, and be able to concentrate in the tasks assigned. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Order Entry 1. Main point of contact for all new season orders including HH retail stores. Must organize, enter, and track all order batches. 2. Send entered order confirmations to Sales team. 3. Persistent follow-up with Sales team on order discrepancies/missing information. 4. Filing of orders by customer upon entry. 5. Maintain orders per sales/customers until ready to ship. 6. Monitor and update shipping terms and instructions (address, contact names, etc) for international accounts. 7. Upload styles monthly to Inovis and Intertrade catalogs 8. Maintain style master with cancellations/sizing changes, etc.
• Warehouse Shipping 1. Pick all approved orders and transmit to warehouse. 2. Daily review of international pick tickets (940s) not sent to warehouse. 3. Submit commercial invoices daily to the warehouse for international shipments. 4. Constant follow up with warehouse to ensure all pick tickets are received and processed.
• Customer Service 1. Work with Logistics Manager to assist with tracking and collecting international pre-payments. 2. Process credit memos and return authorizations for international customers. 3. Provide customer service to international accounts.
