Every once in a while you get that just-been-struck-by-lightning feeling when you see something in a store. (Right? Or is this just me?) This seems to happen to me a disproportionate amount of time when I walk into AllSaints. Having never met a black leather jacket I don't like, their moody, tough aesthetic really speaks to me.
Recently I popped in there when I had 20 minutes to kill between appointments, and I walked out with this jacket. Which is sort of dumb, because now it's finally getting warm enough that you don't need a jacket. But it's proven itself to be pretty versatile so far, so I'm sure it will last through the fall and beyond.
It's hard to tell from this picture, but the arms and body of the jacket have subtle quilting in a floral pattern and leather around the collar. It's boxy and slouchy and ever-so-slightly Proenza-y and I regret nothing.
Get it here.
