A couple of days ago, Lady Gaga announced a new song title from ARTPOP: "Donatella," which is indeed about the famed Versace creative director.

In fact, Gaga told Just Jared that it's her "love letter" to the designer, whom she collaborated with on her last tour wardrobe.

She added that "Donatella" is “an incredible crazy fun pop song with really raising electronic beats that I did with [producer] Zedd. It’s about being a fearless female and not caring what people say about you – being proud of who you are and walking the walk no matter what.”

And if you're thinking, "Just what we need, another song about a luxury brand," worry not. Gaga says this song is less about Versace as a brand and more about "Donatella the person, about me as a person, that idea of what the public wants from you."

Versace herself was apparently so moved by Gaga's love letter to her (or this was all a publicity stunt) that she wrote Just Jared to publicly thank her: "I would like to thank Gaga for her geniality, creativity, incredible talent and super bitchiness," she told the site. "I am honored to be her friend and of course I love the song! Love, DV."

We guess bitchiness is officially something we celebrate now? Here's what we're pretty sure is a verse from the song:

Donatella, maybe she’s a bitch, maybe she’s too skinny, maybe she’s too rich, maybe she’s too out there. Or, maybe she’s brilliant, maybe she’s intelligent, maybe she’s strong, maybe she’s everything, maybe she’s Donatella.

Not gonna lie: we're pretty excited to hear this.
