Eugenia Kim, the nation's leading luxury hat & hair accessory design company, is hiring Sales Interns for Fall Semester.
In 1998, after a bad haircut, Eugenia Kim created a bold feathered cloche to wear as a disguise. Boutiques in her downtown New York City neighborhood immediately took notice of her inventive design and soon after Barneys New York placed their first order and the Eugenia Kim brand was born.

Headquartered and handmade in New York City, Eugenia Kim is sold in luxury retailers such as Barneys New York, Bergdorf Goodman, Saks Fifth Avenue and Neiman Marcus, in addition to over 200 specialty boutiques worldwide.
As a Sales/Marketing Intern you will be able to see how a luxury brand accessories company works from the inside out. You will also be working with top, luxury department stores and hundreds of luxury boutiques worldwide. You are guaranteed to learn A LOT.
Responsibilities: • Schedule market appointments with the leading Men’s & Women’s accessories buyers in the US and around the world • Assist in tradeshows, showroom appointments and NY & Paris Fashion Week prep • Update and maintain customer files • Prepare and analyze sales reports • General upkeep of the showroom • Research, contact and follow up with current and potential buyers • Assist with Sample trafficking
Requirements: • Must have strong MS Office skills • A college major in fashion merchandising or marketing OR retail experience at a high-end clothing/accessory store • Must be self-motivated, professional, organized and an excellent communicator who can articulate ideas clearly and efficiently • Knowledge of Photoshop or Illustrator is a plus • If you speak any foreign languages, please write this in your cover letter
This is an unpaid internship however college credit is offered along with a daily lunch stipend.
You must be able to intern 9:30-6:30 at least 4 days per week (M-F) for 3 months.
