Job Requirements This position reports to the VP of Strategic Management & Licensing, providing exceptional exposure to all aspects of projects, creatively and on all levels. Must be a true right arm and ready for anything, ranging from answering the phone to managing the logistics of major meetings and client projects. This is a small office and the work load varies on a daily basis. While we are looking for someone with a creative mind, we also want someone who takes direction well, follows up on tasks without being reminded, and keeps extremely organized. It is extremely important that this person does not let anything fall between the cracks, and we are looking for someone to take the initiative and help the business grow.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Administrative activities include, but not limited to: • Maintain calendar (via Outlook) • Field and screen all incoming telephone calls • Coordinate all meetings, conference calls and appointments for executive • Arrange and coordinate all travel needs (airfare, hotels, car service, etc.) • Basic secretarial duties
Project related tasks include, but not limited to: • Provide research for meetings and special projects, pulling articles and building materials to prepare for meetings and presentations • Assist in researching future licensing opportunities for current clients • Craft fashion related editorial content for Modelinia.com • Track client press and create clips as needed • Manage new business grid and assist in developing new business proposals • Assisting on new business proposals, tailoring and modifying with visuals as needed • Create presentation materials, one sheets, etc. for sales meetings.
QUALIFICATIONS: • 4 year college degree • 2 years experience working with high-level executives in a fast-paced environment • High level of proficiency with all MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint), knowledge of Photoshop is a plus • Excellent interpersonal skills, strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong work ethic, extremely well organized and thorough • Strong analytical and problem solving skills • Strong decision making skills and ability to use professional judgment • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines • Ability to work well both as member of a team and independently • Flexible schedule and the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times • A strong interest in fashion, lifestyle and talent management
Salary Compensation: Commensurate with experience.
