According to Page Six, Drexler met with Sony Television executives Steve Mosko and Zack Van Amburg earlier this summer and told them he was obsessed with Breaking Bad, which, you know, who isn't? Somehow, that lead to the producers insisting that Drexler fly to New Mexico to shoot an episode of the show.
We guess that's just how convincing Drexler is. He'll appear in this Sunday's episode as a customer at the Whites' carwash. And he'll be wearing "a very out-of-character sweatshirt and ill-fitting jeans — definitely not from J.Crew," reports the paper. A source confirmed the news to us.
We can't help but wonder if there's more to this story. Could some sort of Breaking Bad x J. Crew collaboration be in the works? Preppy-chic lab suits? Statement necklaces that look like blue meth crystals? Or perhaps it will factor into the plot--maybe Walter has to leave the meth world and get a part time job at J. Crew.
