...But can she act?
Model Emily Ratajkowski, who's gained widespread recognition recently for being the half-naked girl who was writhing all up on Robin Thicke way before Miley did it in his "Blurred Lines" video, has just been cast in her first major film role. And this isn't your run-of-the-mill Scary Movie 17: According to The Wrap, Ratajkowski is set to costar alongside Ben Affleck in David Fincher’s adaptation of Gillian Flynn's mystery novel, Gone Girl. The supporting cast includes Tyler Perry, Patrick Fugit, and Neil Patrick Harris.
To those of you questioning her acting skills, Ratajkowski, 21, actually cut her chops as an actress, appearing on television shows iCarly and New Girl--but Gone Girl marks her first foray onto the silver screen. She's reportedly landed the part of Andie, a gorgeous (shocker!) college student who has an affair with Affleck's character before his wife's disappearance. It sounds like a sexy role for sure--and one that could possibly involve a fair amount of nudity on Ratajkowski's part. Though, judging by her recent work, we're sure that won't be too much of an issue.
