Job Title: Office Management / Executive Assistant Reports to: Creative Director, CEO & COO Company: Loeffler Randall Inc. Location: New York Corporate Office
RESPONSIBILITIES Office Management: • Maintain office: order supplies, manage press samples, personals, petty cash, the calendar, answer phones, greet guests, storage closet, archive storage, cleaners, printers, fax and stamp machines. • Report and assist IT issues to IT team. • Delegate tasks to interns. • Maintain showroom: organize between and during appointments. • Order general office supplies, drinks, snacks, etc. • Manage all UPS, FEDEX & DHL packages and shipments. • Handle all mail / mailings. • Pack and prepare for tradeshows. • Assist with management of sample sales alongside the Sales Director. • Maintain a consistent archive of samples by organizing seasonal trips to storage. • Assist customers in locating styles and with general information.
Press Assistant: • Assist the PR group in all press requests: send and receive samples, schedule messengers, keep sample logs for press and sales team. • Assist Press Day / Press Previews with PR group. • Organize digital press features, both editorial and sales • Manage personal orders
Executive Assistant: • Maintain schedules & appointments • Handle personal requests as needed • Schedule car services and reservations
REQUIREMENTS Education: • Bachelor’s Degree required.
Special Skills: • Computer literacy • Outgoing, positive attitude
