"Basically I spent the first half of this year in Russia and the reason I wanted to make this is because I am a narcissist!" she explained. "The first time I saw myself on a 30-foot billboard was in Russia. And the day that I saw myself, this is what I ate!"

Ingredients white bread from a bakery sliced 1 inch thick Philadelphia cream cheese (original) 4 eggs 2 tomatoes turkey bacon onions parmesan cheese (with a grater, or pre grated) butter olive oil dried oregano garlic powder salt and peper fresh basil 2 sauce pans (not frying pans) sharp vegetable knife and chopping board something to beat the eggs in/with cutlery and a plate Put Philadelphia cream cheese (original) on white bread from a bakery sliced 1 inch thick In a sauce pan slow cook four eggs (that are whisked/beat) in butter. Salt and pepper to taste. In another sauce pan put olive oil and then cook turkey bacon, onions and sliced tomatoes together until tomatoes are softened.This will create a salsa. Put a pinch of dried oregano and garlic powder in the sauce. Place your cooked eggs over the bread spread with cream cheese. Then put your salsa on top. Sprinkle parmesan cheese. Add basil.
